south on 95 from the 895 split to the fort mchenry. here's a quick live look at harford road. so far, traffic looks pretty good in the outer loop. if we check a live view of 95, you can see flashing lights. that is the disabled vehicle. nothing to worry about there. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> our big story, a former baltimore city schools employee is charged with sexually assaulting a student. >> the abuse reportedly did happen on school grounds. jennifer franciotti is live with more. >> the student said she was abused several times over a three-month period. the suspect is now out of jail. the alleged abuse took place at city college high school. hall monitor ryan coleman took

apartment. police say they believe the victim knew at least one of the suspects and that alcohol may have been involved. >> a woman who was rescued from a fire has passed away. she died at bayview hospital yesterday morning. she was rescued from her burning house. another fire is under investigation this morning. it happened just before 8:00 p.m. last night at the belle grove elementary school. officials are trying to determine the cause. nobody was hurt. >> patricia jessamy is calling for an independent investigation into the conduct of fred bealefeld. she wants to find out whether he solicited votes to her opponent while on duty, specifically gregg bernstein.

family. investigators do not believe the mother and that he was taken away from the camp site and possibly killed. officials in virginia have learned of another stabbing victim. they believe they have located another stabbing victim in ohio. the majority of the victims are african american males. >> the department of education convenes the first ever summit on school bullying. the focus will be to reduce and end teenage bowling. a bill was passed to protect teachers and other non-federal workers. the senate had already passed it. the bill will protect teachers from being laid off,
